振(zhen)(zhen)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)機(ji)主(zhu)要有篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)、篩(shai)(shai)(shai)網(wang)、振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)器、減振(zhen)(zhen)彈簧裝置(zhi)、底架等組成。采用筒體式偏心軸激振(zhen)(zhen)器及(ji)偏塊調節(jie)振(zhen)(zhen)幅,振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)器安裝在篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)側板上,并(bing)由電動(dong)機(ji)通過三角皮帶帶動(dong)旋轉(zhuan),產生離心慣性力,迫使篩(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)振(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)。
處理量大
采用小(xiao)振(zhen)幅,高頻率,大傾(qing)角結構(gou),使該機篩(shai)分效率高、處理量大。振(zhen)動器采用大游隙軸(zhou)承(cheng),稀(xi)油潤滑、噪聲低、壽命長。另(ling)部件通(tong)用性強,維修方便。
工作原理
圓(yuan)振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)機(ji)(ji)主(zhu)要有篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)、篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)網(wang)、振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)、減振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)彈簧裝置、底(di)架等組成。篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)機(ji)(ji)側板采(cai)用(yong)(yong)優質鋼板制作而(er)成,側板與(yu)橫梁、激振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)底(di)座采(cai)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)強度螺栓(shuan)或(huo)環槽鉚釘(ding)連接,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)筒體(ti)式偏心軸激振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)及偏塊調節振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)幅。振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)器(qi)安裝在篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)側板上(shang),并(bing)由電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)通過三角(jiao)皮帶帶動(dong)(dong)使(shi)激振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)器(qi)偏心塊產(chan)生高(gao)速旋轉,產(chan)生很大的(de)(de)離心慣(guan)性力,激發篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)產(chan)生一(yi)定振(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)幅的(de)(de)圓(yuan)運動(dong)(dong),篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)上(shang)物料在傾斜的(de)(de)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)面(mian)上(shang)受到篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)箱(xiang)傳給的(de)(de)沖量而(er)產(chan)生連續的(de)(de)拋擲運動(dong)(dong),物料與(yu)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)面(mian)相遇的(de)(de)過程(cheng)中使(shi)小于篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai)孔的(de)(de)顆粒透(tou)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)(shai),從而(er)實現分級。
